Step 1: Download (of course)
If you haven't already, download the Move Clan app from your favorite app store (yes, both of them - we're not monsters). Sign up and connect to Apple Healthkit or Google Fit/Health Connect.
Step 2: Find your people
Invite friends, family, coworkers or that person at the gym who always uses your favourite machine. Create clans based on mutual interests like "People Who Walk While Watching Netflix" or "Folks Who Think They Can Beat Greg" (spoiler: nobody beats Greg - he's unstoppable).
Step 3: Challenge everything that moves
Start or join challenges designed to get your sedentary (fancy, huh?) behind moving. Weekly and monthly competitions? Oh yeah.
Step 4: Win stuff - mostly bragging rights and badges currently
Crush your goals, dominate your friends, and collect virtual trophies like they're going out of style. Earn badges that mean absolutely nothing in the real world but will somehow become more important to you than actual achievements. Weird how that works, huh?
Step 5: Become mildly obsessed
Before you know it, you'll be pacing your living room at 11:58 PM to hit your daily goal, volunteering to walk the neighbour's dog you previously avoided and taking the stairs while muttering "steps, steps, steps" under your breath. Don't worry - this is totally normal Move Clan behaviour.
Step 6: Accidentally get healthier
Here's our dirty little secret: while you're having fun and beating Dave from Accounting, you're also improving your cardiovascular health, boosting your mood and generally becoming less of a slug. We won't tell if you don't.
